Ryan Wight-

I’m drawn to the environmental materials shaping shared spaces. Perspectives slowly shift through looking more closely at what we walk past, what holds us up, and what wears things down.

Found in the overlooked and the undervalued, there is an uneasy beauty of what doesn’t quite fit. These are the spaces that need our attention.

At times I’m documenting the unraveling of a world that is moving too fast and too slow to fully comprehend. Maybe seeing it is enough to conjure a feeling, shaking the certainty that we ever had it right.
